4 held with 200 bottles of Eskuf, Fairdyl in Lalmonirhat

RANGPUR, Feb 21, 2026 (BSS) - Rapid Action Battalion (RAB)-13 seized 200 bottles of phensedyl-like Eskuf and Fairdyl syrup and arrested four presumed drug dealers from Madanpur village under Aditmari police station in Lalmonirhat district on Friday.
 
On a tip-off, a team of the RAB-13's Sadar Company conducted a raid there, seized 100 boltless of Eskuf and 100 bottles of Fairdyl syrup while searching an auto-rickshaw and a monocycle and arrested them from the spot at 2:20 pm, a press release said today. 
 
The arrestees were identified as Hafizur Rahman, 28, Md Shariful Islam, 33, Md Anarul Islam, 25, and Md Rabiul Islam, 25, of village Banchowki under Hatibandha upazila of Lalmonirhat district. .
 
After filing a case under the Narcotics Control Act, 2018 in this incident, the elite force handed over the arrested persons and seized drugs to Aditmari police station of Lalmonirhat for further legal action.
