MANIKGANJ, April 10, 2026 (BSS) - The Manikganj Sadar upazila administration has fined a grocery shop Tk one lakh for storing goods in an unhygienic and dusty environment during a special drive in the pourasabha bazaar area.

Assistant Commissioner (Land) Rikta Khatun led the drive with the assistance of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB-4), under the leadership of Company Commander Major Sadman.

The fine was realised from the shop owner, Md Masud Khan.
