LONDON, Aug 17, 2025 (BSS/AFP) - British Prime Minister Keir Starmer will join European leaders accompanying Ukraine's Volodymyr Zelensky on Monday for talks with US President Donald Trump at the White House, Downing Street confirmed Sunday.

"The Prime Minister, with other European leaders, stands ready to support this next phase of further talks," read the statement, released ahead of a video meeting with Ukraine and its backers on Sunday.
