He made the remarks while replying on behalf of Labour and Employment Minister in response to a written question from ruling party Member of Parliament Nilufar Chowdhury Moni (women seat-10) in the Jatiya Sangsad today.

The state minister said that the proposed Employment Exchange Centre would help expand local-level employment opportunities by providing information on jobs, skills development, and access to employment services.

He added that once established, these centres are expected to bring positive changes in creating new employment opportunities across the country and improving the living standards of working people.

Nurul Hoque further stated that the present government is committed to ensuring balanced development across all regions, creating sustainable employment, and developing skilled human resources.

In particular, he emphasized that transforming the youth into a skilled workforce and increasing their participation in both domestic and international labour markets remains a top priority of the government.
