BGB DG pays tribute to language martyrs

DHAKA, Feb 21, 2025 (BSS) - Director General (DG) of the Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) Major General Mohammad Ashrafuzzaman Siddiqui today paid glowing tributes to the language martyrs on the occasion of the Great Shaheed (Martyrs') Day and International Mother Language Day-2025.

In the first hour of Ekushey February, the BGB chief paid homage to the language heroes by placing a wreath at the altar of the Central Shaheed Minar, said a BGB press release.

Senior BGB officers and soldiers were present at the time.
