DHAKA, March 29, 2024 (BSS)- Rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary

gusty or squally wind is likely to occur at one or two places over four
divisions in the next 24 hours begins from 9am today.

"Rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty or squally wind is
likely to occur at one or two places over Dhaka, Barishal, Chattogram and
Sylhet divisions. Weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy
sky elsewhere over the country," according to a met office release.

Trough of westerly low lies over West Bengal and adjoining area. Seasonal low
lies over the South Bay.

Country's maximum temperature on Thursday was recorded 35.0 degree Celsius at
Mongla and today's minimum temperature 17.8 degree Celsius was recorded at
Tetulia.

Country's maximum rainfall for the last twenty-four hours till 6am today was
recorded 57 millimeters at Feni.
