DHAKA, Jan 20, 2025 (BSS) - Home Adviser Lt. Gen. (retd.) Md. Jahangir Alam Chowdhury today said new dresses have been finalized for the police, Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) and Bangladesh Ansar.

The colours of iron, green olive and golden wheat have been finalized for police, RAB and Ansar respectively.

“We have already selected new dresses for the police, RAB and Ansar. But, it will take time to implement the new dresses,” he said after coming out of the meeting on law and order at the Secretariat here. 

Replying to a question about police, the home adviser stressed the need for changing everything specially mindset prior with to changing the use of new dresses.

“We have to give topmost priority in stopping corruption. All the problems will be solved if corruption is checked,” he observed.
