Weather may remain dry over the country

DHAKA, Feb 25, 2025 (BSS) - Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) today forecasted the weather will remain dry with a temporarily partly cloudy sky across the country for the next 24 hours, starting from 9 am today.

"Weather may remain dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country," the BMD bulletin said.

Seasonal low lies over the South Bay.

Light fog may occur at places over the river basins of the country during late night to early morning.

Night temperature may fall slightly and day temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.

Country's maximum temperature on Sunday was recorded at 33.1 degrees Celsius in Bandarban, while the minimum temperature today was 12.6 degrees Celsius at Srimangal.

The sun sets at 06:00 pm today and rises at 06:23 am tomorrow in the capital.
