Nargis made BNP vice chairman, Yasin chairperson's adviser

DHAKA, March 13, 2025 (BSS)-Nargis Begum, former convener of the Jessore district unit of Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP), has been made the party's vice chairman. Besides, BNP relief and rehabilitation affairs secretary Haji Aminur Rashid Yasin has been included in the advisory council of the party's chairperson.

BNP senior joint secretary general Ruhul Kabir Rizvi announced the fresh appointments in a press release on Wednesday night. 

Nargis Begum is wife of late BNP standing committee member Tariqul Islam.
