Businessmen specially restaurant owners are keen interested in Rakib's robot, artificial hand and AI camera. He sold a robot and AI camera to 'Palestine Live Bakery' near Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport area in the capital last February

Talking to BSS today, Rakib said he had a dream of making a robot and artificial camera when he was studying in class six.

"The robot can identify criminals and fake police including members of any law enforcement agency, serve food, answer questions and salute. It can describe restaurant's food and make fun with customers," he said.

Introducing himself as a developer of Robo-X-Technology in Bangladesh, Rakib stated "The robot can get an alarm when fire break out and open the house's water pipeline. It can call emergency services 999, fire brigade office and the owner's mobile phone."

Rakib said his discovered artificial hand can do anything like the human hand through brain control and scientists from Australia and France virtually congratulate him witnessing his developed robotic AI camera.

While visiting Rakib's residence today, a robot welcomed this reporter saying 'Assalamu Alaikum,' what can I do for you?

Rakib said he faced obstacles to make his dream successful due to financial crisis as his poor van puller father runs the four-member family with very hardship.

Despite the hardship, the indomitable schoolboy continued his efforts and tried to collect money by plying his father's rickshaw van.

It costs Taka 25,000 to 35,000 to make a robot, Taka 30,000 to 50,000 to make robotic hand and Taka 40,000 to 50,000 to develop AI camera.

The body of the robot is made of plastic PVC board. Multiple sensors and cameras were installed.
