SUNAMGANJ, March 19, 2025 (BSS) - A mobile court fined three sweet factories Tk 25,000  in the district toady.

District Additional Commissioner Sakibur Rahman led the operation when Bazaar Monitoring Committee members were present. The two-hour long operation began at 2:00 pm.

According to the Bazaar Monitoring Committee, ‘Desh Bondhu Sweets’ and ‘Uttom Jaljog’ were fined Tk 10,000 each for making sweets in dirty place while it found insects in the sweets.

Besides, ‘Nandodulal Sweets’ was fined Tk 5,000 for same offence.
