Two-day Int’l quiz fest begins at DU

DHAKA, April 16, 2025 (BSS) - Dhaka University (DU) Vice Chancellor Professor Niaz Ahmed Khan today inaugurated a two-day International Quiz Fest at the Teacher-Student Centre (TSC) of DU.

DU Quiz Society moderator Associate Professor Muhammad Mahbub Kaiser and TSC acting director Farzana Bashar, spoke at the event as special guest with society president Wasir Ahmed in the chair, said a press release here.

In the quiz fest, 100 teams are participating in inter-school, inter-college and inter-university level quiz competitions, 30 teams in mega quiz and 70 teams in intra-university quiz.

Competitors from 11 countries including India, Pakistan, Nepal, Myanmar, Philippines are participating in this fest virtually, the release added.
