Novoair resumes flight operation from May 21

DHAKA, May 15, 2025 (BSS) - Novoair, the country's oldest operative private airline, today announced that it will resume flight operations from May after 19 days of suspension.

"I am very happy to announce that we are starting flight operations from next Wednesday," said Novoair Managing Director Mofizur Rahman while announcing the resumption plan.

On May 2, last the airline temporarily suspended its operations with the planning of selling its all five aircrafts.
 
"Our flight operations were temporarily suspended as part of our business plan. During the temporary break, we received unprecedented support and encouragement from our esteemed passengers and well-wishers," said Rahman.
"We are always committed to delivering superior passenger service, with safety as our highest priority," he added.

Tickets are available now through the NOVOAIR website, mobile app, sales offices, and travel agents.

Passengers can enjoy a 15% discount by using the promo code VQWEBAPP when booking through the NOVOAIR website or mobile app, according to a press release.
