COVID-19 update: 21 new cases reported in 24 hours

DHAKA, June 30, 2025 (BSS) - The Health Department has reported twenty one new COVID-19 cases in the 24-hour period from 8 am Friday to 8 am today.
 
During this time, 384 samples were tested, yielding a patient detection rate of 5.47 percent.

The total number of deaths reached 22 this year.
 
Since the onset of the pandemic in 2020, the country has recorded a total of 29,521 COVID-19-related deaths.
