Air Vice Marshal Mostafa Mahmud Siddiq made new CAAB chairman

DHAKA, July 2, 2025 (BSS) - Air Vice Marshal Mostafa Mahmud Siddiq has been appointed as the new chairman of the Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (CAAB).

The Ministry of Public Administration issued a notification in this regard today.

Mostafa Mahmud Siddiq will replace Air Vice Marshal Manjur Kabir Bhuiyan, who was transfer from the position on June 26 last. 

CAAB, under the Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism, is responsible for regulating and overseeing all civil aviation activities in the country, including airport operations, air traffic control, aviation safety, and security
