BSF pushes 7 persons into Bangladesh from Jamalpur frontier

JAMALPUR, July 10, 2025 (BSS) - Indian Boarder Security Force (BSF) have pushed seven persons including four women into Bangladesh from Dhanua Kamalpur boarder in Bakshiganj Upazila of the district.

According to police, BSF pushed them near Pillar No- 1083 in Dhanua Kamalpur frontier in Bakshiganj Upazila this morning. Local people hold them and then handed over to Bakshiganj police. 

Officer-in-charge, Bakshiganj Police Station Khandakar Shaker Ahmed said local people detained them and handed over to police. He said after interrogation legal action will be taken against them.
