DHAKA, Aug 6, 2025 (BSS) - The Ministries of Commerce and Textiles and Jute will jointly organize a special programme tomorrow to commemorate the July Uprising.

The event will be held at 3pm at the auditorium of the Trading Corporation of Bangladesh (TCB) in the capital's Karwan Bazar.

The programme will feature the memoir of a July fighter, a screening of the documentary Shono Mohajan, testimonials from families of the martyrs, a photo exhibition, recital of July songs and a discussion session.

Adviser to the Commerce and Textiles and Jute Ministries Sk. Bashir Uddin will attend the event as the chief guest. Textiles and Jute Secretary Md Abdur Rouf and Commerce Secretary Mahbubur Rahman will be present as special guests.
