DHAKA, Sept 18, 2025 (BSS)- Supreme Court (SC) today corrected a circular on the activities of a vacation bench of the High Court which was issued on August 28 last.

As per the correction, Justice Mostafa Zaman Islam and Justice Yusuf Abdullah Sumon will sit at room number 23 of the main building of the Supreme Court during the vacation.

The bench will hear the issues related to the Anti Corruption Commission (ACC) and Money Laundering Prevention.

The court will remain open from 11.40 am to 2.00pm on September 15, 16, 17, 22, 23 and 24.

They will also hear the high emergency criminal motions, application for granting criminal appeals and bail petitions, criminal appeals and its bail petitions, hearing on criminal appeals and jail appeals, criminal revisions and other criminal nature cases and subjects referred to this bench.
