DHAKA, Sept 21, 2025 (BSS)- Three districts got new Deputy Commission (DC) in the latest reshuffle in the administration.

The districts are- Chattogram, Naogaon and Narsingdi.

According to a government notification, current DC of Naogaon district Mohammad Abdul Awal has been transferred as the new DC of Chattogram.

He will replace Farida Khanam who has been transferred to the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change as a deputy secretary.

Deputy Secretary of the Health Education and Family Welfare Division Mohammad Anwar Hossain has been made new DC of Narsingdi. 

He will replace Mohammad Rashed Hossain Chowdhury, who has been transferred to the local government division as a deputy secretary.

Deputy Secretary of the Secondary and Higher Education Division Monira Haque has been appointed as the new DC of Naogaon.
