DHAKA, Sept 23, 2025 (BSS) - Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) held a meeting of its standing committee tonight at the party Chairperson's office in Gulshan.

The meeting, which began at 8:40pm and concluded at 11:10pm, was presided over by BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman, according to Shayrul Kabir Khan, a member of the BNP media cell.

Members of the Standing Committee participated in the meeting, where they discussed the ongoing political situation in the country, party sources confirmed.
