Dinajpur board sees 57.49pc pass rate in HSC exams

DINAJPUR, Oct 16, 2025 (BSS) – The Dinajpur board has achieved a pass rate of 57.49 percent in this year’s Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examinations.

On Thursday at 2 pm, Dinajpur Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board Examination Controller Professor Mir Sajjad Ali announced the result.

He said that the pass rate of the education board has decreased by 20.07 percent compared to last year. In addition, the GPA-5 pass rate has decreased significantly.

A total of 1,05,891 students appeared in the HSC exams under the board while 60,882 students have been successful in the examinations, according to the HSC results published here today.

This year, a total of 2,774 students under Dinajpur education board achieved GPA-5.
