DHAKA, Oct 17, 2025 (BSS)- Khokon Barua (Sukhbar.com) emerged champions in the Jatiya Press Club (JPC) Indoor Games Shooting event held at the club premises here today (Friday).

Kajal Hazra (Daily Kalbela) and Tariqul Islam Masum (Channel i) finished second and third place respectively in the competition which was organised to mark the 71st founding anniversary of the National Press Club.A total of 75 members of the club participated in the event. 

Shahnaz Begum Poly, convener of the Sports Sub-committee, supervised the event while Anwar Uddin, a member of the committee, conducted it.
 
National Press Club treasurer Bakhtiar Rana, management committee members Kazi Rawnak Hossain and AKM Mohsin, senior and new members of the club, 
including sports subcommittee members Parag Arman, Md. Anwar Hossain, Shirin Sultana, Raschida Afzalun Nessa, Mofizur Rahman Khan Babu, DM Amirul Islam Amar and Abdullah Majumder were also present there.

The six-day indoor game competition for the club members concluded with air-gun shooting.
