CAS parade for batch-2025 recruitment held

DHAKA, Oct 17, 2025 (BSS)- The Army Chief (CAS) Parade of the 2025 batch of the Ordnance and EME corps of Bangladesh Army was held yesterday.

The parade was held at the Ordnance Centre and School (OC&S) at Rajendrapur, said an ISPR press release today.

GOC of Logistics Area Major General Md Mostagausur Rahman Khan inspected the parade as the chief guest and received salutes.

Ispr release said, the CAS Parade of 2025 batch of the EME corps of the Bangladesh Army was held at the EME Centre and School (EMEC&S) at Syedpur cantonment in Nilphamari.

Chairman of Bangladesh Rural Electrification Board Major General SM Zia-ul-Azim attended the function as the chief guest and took salutes.

Through the beautiful and elegant parades, soldiers of the Ordnance and EME corps joined the Bangladesh Army as new soldiers.

Chief guests of the occasions highlighted the glorious tradition of the army and contribution of the Ordnance and EME corps in serving the country, the release said.

They also called on the new soldiers to be ready to face the challenges of the 21st century by acquiring skills through modern and up-to-date trainings.

The chief guests also encouraged the soldiers to dedicate themselves to serve the country, the release added.

Senior military and civil officers, JCOs, soldiers of other ranks, invited guests, family members of the recruited soldiers and media representatives were present in the functions.
