SIRAJGANJ, Oct 21, 2025 (BSS) – A speech-impaired youth was killed in a road accident at Tarash upazila of the district today.

The deceased was Hafizul Islam, 25, son of Rabiul Islam of Dakshinpara in Tarash municipality.

“The accident took place around 9 am in Barwari Battala area when a cattle-laden local vehicle hit Hafizul while he was crossing the road. He died on the spot,” said Tarash Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Md. Ziaur Rahman.
