Govt urges all not to damage gardens at National Memorial in Savar

DHAKA, Nov 14, 2025 (BSS) - The government today called upon all not to damage gardens inside the National Memorial in Savar on the outskirts of the capital while placing wreaths at the memorial on the occasion of the Victory Day 2025 to be celebrated on December 16.

“No damage should be caused to the gardens inside the National Memorial in Savar during placing wreaths there on the occasion of the great Victory Day 2025,” said an official handout here today. 

The Liberation War Affairs Ministry issued the instruction on November 10, it added.
