KUET intake test on 15 Jan

KHULNA, Dec 01, 2025 (BSS) - The first-year admission test for B.Sc. Engineering, BURP and B.Arch programmes of Khulna University of Engineering & Technology (KUET) for the academic session 2025–2026 will be held on 15 January 2026. 
The written examination is scheduled from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm, while the freehand drawing test for B. Arch aspirants will be held from 12:45 pm to 1:45 pm.

A total of 1,065 students will be admitted into 16 departments under the Faculties of Civil Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering. 

A maximum of 12,000 applicants will be allowed to sit for the admission test.

Online application can be submitted between 3 December and 13 December 2025, while the deadline for payment (1st phase for application verification and short listing) is 14 December 2025. 

The list of eligible candidates for the admission test will be published on 20 December 2025. The 2nd-phase payment deadline (for confirmed participation in the exam) is 30 December 2025. Admit card download will begin on 5 January 2026.

The merit list of candidates, along with instructions for department choice submission, admission rules and the final admission schedule, will be announced on 1 February 2026.
