RAJSHAHI, Dec 13, 2025 (BSS)- Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology (RUET) has decided to collect students' fees online aimed at ensuring transparency and accountability in the collection process.

The RUET has decided this in its 83rd meeting of the Finance Committee held at the conference room with Vice-Chancellor Prof SM Abdur Razzaque in the chair today. 
 
A decision has also been taken to implement different policies for operating the overall academic and administrative activities properly in the meeting. 

The policies include fund allocation for the final-year thesis and project of undergraduate students, dormitory operation and use and online fees collection. 

Finance committee member-secretary Nazim Uddin, Registrar Arif Ahmed Chowdhury, Prof Rafiqul Islam of the department of mechanical engineering, Prof Abu Sufian of the department of Civil Engineering, Chairman of Rajshahi Education Board Prof Mofakkharul Islam and Deputy Secretary AZ Morshed Ali from the Ministry of Education joined the meeting.
