DHAKA, Jan 21, 2026 (BSS) – The Directorate of Primary Education (DPE) has published the results of the written examination for the “Assistant Teachers 2025” recruitment in government primary schools. 

A total of 69,265 candidates have been qualified for the viva-voce.

DPE Director General Abu Noor Md. Shamsuzzaman announced that the exam was held on January 9, this year across 61 districts, excepting three hill districts. 

Roll numbers of successful candidates are available on the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education website (https://mopme.gov.bd) and the DPE website (https://dpe.gov.bd).

Information on viva-voce venues, dates and times will be published on the websites and notice boards of respective District Primary Education Offices. 

Final selection will follow the “Government Primary School Teacher Recruitment Regulations, 2025” based on candidates’ written and viva-voce scores.

The results are temporary and the DPE reserves the right to cancel any selection if false information is found.
