Judicial Pay Commission submits its report to President

DHAKA, Feb 05, 2026 (BSS) - Bangladesh Judicial Service Pay Commission today officially submitted its report to President Mohammed Shahabuddin at Bangabhaban here today.

A six-member delegation led by Judicial Services Pay Commission Chairman Justice SM Emdadul Hoque, a judge of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court, presented the report today.

The Head of the State was apprised of various aspects of the report, a Bangabhaban spokesman told BSS this afternoon.

The report contained recommendations for updated salaries, allowances, and other facilities of lower court judges and to make necessary recommendations to government. 

Senior officials concerned to the Bangabhaban were present at the time.
