DHAKA, March 15, 2026 (BSS) - Civil Aviation and Tourism Minister Afroza Khanam today inspected the VVIP and domestic terminals of Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport to review operational conditions and passenger services.
The minister conducted the on-site inspection at around 4:00 pm at the country's main international gateway in the capital, officials said.
During the visit, she reviewed facilities and operational arrangements at both the VVIP and domestic terminals of the airport.
Chairman of the Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (CAAB) Air Vice Marshal Mostafa Mahmud Siddiq accompanied the minister during the inspection.
Senior officials concerned were also present.
