NILPHAMARI, Jan 7, 2025 (BSS) - Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) of Nilphamari Battalion today distributed winter cloths (blankets) among 310 distressed and poor people of the district.

Captain Lieutenant Colonel of BGB Nilphamari Battalion, Sheikh Mohammad Badrudozza inaugurated the winter clothes distribution programme at Manir Uddin Dakhil Madrasha Chatthar in Kundapukur union.

Assistant Director of the battalion Md Jashim Uddin was present at that time.

Besides, Nilphamari Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NCCI) today distributed 400 blankets among the destitute people.

NCCI acting president Arman Habib distributed the clothes as the chief guest.

NCCI directors Abdul Wahed Sarker and Mostafizur Rahman Sabuj and former director Hamidul Islam, among others, were present.
