TANGAIL, Feb 7, 2025 (BSS) - BNP Publicity Secretary Sultan Salauddin Tuku has said the fascist Awami League government has destroyed the education system of the country over the last 15 years.

All the sectors including education are on the brink of collapse due to the fascist rule in the last one and half decades, he said.

The BNP leader said at the reception and prize distribution among meritorious students at Shahid Smriti Poura Uddyan here yesterday, a press release today said.

The government led by Sheikh Hasina had snatched the voting right of the people, he said, adding that the fascist government was forced to flee in the wake of student-people movement.

“It always should be kept in mind that the owner of the country is mass people”, he said adding that those who would bar people from enjoying their right, have no space to come to power in future.

The 31-point reform proposal announced by BNP acting chairman Tarique Rahman would help build a developed and prosperous country, he added.

Former district BNP member secretary Mahmudul Huq Sanu and district Jubo Dal convener Khandoker Rashedul Alam spoke on the occasion.
