DHAKA, Feb 12, 2025 (BSS) - Superintendent of Police (basic training-2) 
Tanveer Salehin Emon  was arrested from the Bangladesh Police 
Academy in Rajshahi on Tuesday night in connection with a case filed 
with New Market Police Station in Dhaka linked to the attack on the 
anti-discrimination student movement.

Deputy Commissioner of Detective Branch (DB) Muhammad Talebur 
Rahman confirmed BSS of the matter today. 

Police super Emon was taken to the DB office at Mintoo Road in Dhaka 
today, he said. 

Preparation is underway to produce him before the court, he added.
