July uprising martyrs’ families receive financial aid in Chandpur

CHANDPUR, May 13, 2025 (BSS) – The district administration on Tuesday afternoon distributed financial assistance among 30 martyrs’ families of the 2024 July Uprising.

A financial grant of Taka 59 lakh has been given to the families of 30 martyrs in the July-August uprising.

Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Mohsin Uddin handed over the cheques to 30 martyrs’ families at the conference room of the Deputy Commissioner.

Acting chief executive officer of Zila Parishad Golam Zakaria, Assistant Engineer Shahadat Hossain Chowdhury, President of Chandpur Press Club Rahim Badsha, among others, were present.
