DHAKA, July 15, 2025 (BSS) – In observance of July Martyrs’ Day, special doa and munajat will be held across the country tomorrow, honoring the memory of the martyrs.

The government has decided to observe July 16 as the day of mourning at the state level, said a press release today.

Prayers and supplications (doa and munajat) will be held tomorrow after the Zuhr prayer in all mosques across the country, seeking divine forgiveness for the souls of those martyred during the historic July mass uprising.

The Islamic Foundation has made a special request to all concerned—including khatibs, imams, and mosque committees—to arrange special doa and munajat.

On the occasion, a special prayer and supplication will be held at the Baitul Mukarram National Mosque tomorrow after Zuhr prayer at 1:30pm, organized by the Islamic Foundation.
