LAKSHMIPUR, Oct 10, 2025 (BSS) - BNP Joint-Secretary General Shahid Uddin Chowdhury Annie today said Hefazat-e-Islam Bangladesh is performing responsibility as instructor for all.

“Although Hefazat-e-Islam is not a political party, here are workers of many political parties in the Hefazat-e-Islam and it plays a guiding role for us and that’s why we accept their advices,” he said.

Annie said this as the special guest while speaking at an introduction meeting of Hefazat-e-Islam new committee here this afternoon.

“Hefazat-e-Islam is performing their responsibility as guardian and we have no objection to take their advices”, he added.

Central joint secretary general of Hefazat-e-Islam Azizul Huq Islamabadi spoke at the function as the chief guest while Hefazat-e-Islam district committee adviser Abu Taher chaired the function.
