DHAKA, April 25, 2026 (BSS) - The Tejgaon division of the Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) has arrested a total of 63 individuals in separate drives conducted across crime-prone areas.

According to police sources, the operation took place on Saturday as part of routine operations targeting various criminal activities.

Among the arrested, eight were detained from Tejgaon Police Station, six from Sher-e-Bangla Nagar Police Station, 15 from Mohammadpur Police Station, 14 from Adabor Police Station, 14 from Tejgaon Industrial Area Police Station and 6 from Hatirjheel Police Station.

All the arrested individuals have been sent to the concerned courts for further legal proceedings.
