DHAKA, Sept 8, 2026 (BSS) - The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) today conducted an enforcement drive at the Ekuria office of the Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA).
 
Officials of the ACC's Enforcement Unit at its headquarters conducted the drive at the BRTA office in Ekuria, Keraniganj, today, according to an official press release.

The ACC said the drive was conducted following various allegations, including harassment of service seekers, demands for bribes and irregularities in conducting driving licence tests at the BRTA Ekuria office.

During the drive, statements from the concerned persons and necessary information were collected regarding the allegations.

The ACC said necessary further action would be taken after verifying the allegations.
