DHAKA, March 8, 2025 (BSS)- Cute International Women's Day 
Archery tournament, on the occasion of International Women's 
Day, was held at archery training center in Tongi, Gazipur 
today (Saturday) with the domination of Bangladesh Krira 
Shikkha Prothistan (BKSP).

Youth and Sports Adviser Asif Mahmud Shojib Bhuyain was 
present as the chief guest and distributed prizes among the 
winners.

Youth and Sports secretary Md. Rezaul Maksud Jahedi was 
present there as the special guest.

National Sports Council secretary Aminul Islam was present in 
the prize distribution ceremony.

BKSP topped the medal tally with two gold, two silver and 
equal number of bronze medals while Bangladesh Air Force 
followed BKSP with one gold and one silver.

Spider Archery Club is placed third in the table with one gold 
while Bangladesh Police Archery Club also got one gold.

Chudanga Archery Club got one silver and Faridpur District 
Sports Association secured one bronze while Bangladesh Ansar 
collected one bronze medal.   

Bangladesh Archery Federation (BAF) organized the day-long 
competition for the third occasion, sponsored by Moushumi 
Industries Limited.
