DHAKA, Aug 13, 2025 (BSS)- Bangladesh national women's volleyball team's camp will begin from Saturday (Aug 16) at Bangladesh Krira Shikkha Protishtan (BKSP) in Savar ahead of the two international engagements.

Talking to BSS today (Wednesday), Bangladesh Volleyball Federation general secretary Bimal Ghosh Bhulu said the players would report to the federation on Friday (Aug 15) and their camp would begin on the following day (Saturday). 

He said thirty one players have been selected for the camp from various competitions as well as Festival of Youth for the camp which would continue till January next year under the local coach.

The BVF general secretary said the women's volleyball team will take part in the CAVA Women's Championship 2025 scheduled to take place in the Maldives from September 24 to 30 and then 14th South Asian Games set to take place from January 23 to 31 across three cities in Pakistan.
