DHAKA, Nov 3, 2025 (BSS)-Bangladesh Krira Shikkha Protisthan (BKSP) red team 
emerged champions in the youth festival BKSP Cup Hockey (U-19) Competition 
held at BKSP today (Monday).

In the final, BKSP red defeated BKSP green team by 3-0 goals in penalty shoot 
out after the regulation time ended by 2-2 goals draw.

BKSP green team's Taosan Hossain Sarar was the top scorer with thirteen goals 
while Raihanul Islam nabbed the best player of the final for his impressive 
performance.

Earlier, in the first semi-final of the tournament, BKSP red team beat 
Mymensingh district in the first semi-final while BKSP green team defeated 
Dinajpur in the second semis.

BKSP Director General Brigadier General Md Munirul Islam witnessed the day's 
final and distributed the prizes among the winners's after the match.

It can be mentionable that is worth mentioning that the tournament was 
inaugurated on October 29 last. Dhaka, Rajshahi, Mymensingh and Dinajpur 
along with two teams from BKSP participated in the six-day meet, organized by 
BKSP.
