Kenya taste first win in Women’s Kabaddi World Cup

DHAKA, Nov 21, 2025 (BSS)- Kenya tasted their first victory in the ongoing 2nd women’s Kabaddi World Cup defeating European opponents, Poland by 80-19 points in a match held at the Shaheed Suhrawardy Indoor Stadium at Mirpur today (Friday).

Kenya dominated the game from the beginning and finished the first half with a commanding 40-6 lead.

Earlier, Kenya lost to Chinese Taipei, Iran and Nepal while Poland suffered defeat in their previous three matches against Iran, Zanzibar and Nepal.
