DHAKA, Dec 17, 2025 (BSS) - Sangram Handball Sports Club emerged champions in 
the Kushtia District Handball League beating Seven Stars Sports Club 24-23 
goals in the keenly contested final held at Kushtia Government College ground 
in Kushtia today (Wednesday).

Earlier on the day, Sangram Handball Sports Club beat Daulatpur Sports Club 
by 33-28 goals in the first semifinal while Seven Star Sports Club outclassed 
Kushtia District Handball Club by 19-15 goals in the second semis also held 
at the same venue.
 
A total of eight teams, split into two groups, took part in the league, 
organised by Kushtia District Sports Association and sponsored by Maushumi 
Industries Limited.
