HARRISON, United States, June 7, 2026 (BSS/AFP) - Scotland warmed up for their return to the World Cup in style with four first-half goals to thrash Bolivia 4-0 in New Jersey on Saturday.

Lawrence Shankland, Scott McTominay and Che Adams with a double were on target for Steve Clarke's men.

Scotland are a week away from their first appearance at a World Cup in 28 years against Haiti.

Clarke named a close to full strength side and got the morale-boosting performance and result he would have wanted.

Shankland made his case to start against Haiti with a third goal in the past two games by heading in Andy Robertson's cross on five minutes.

New Rangers signing Shankland then teed up McTominay to fire in from the edge of the box.

Bournemouth's Ben Gannon Doak showed blistering pace to twice set up Torino striker Adams to fire home from close range before the break.

Scotland also face Morocco and Brazil in Group C.
