DHAKA, June 27, 2026 (BSS) - The Dhaka Bodybuilding competition, organized by the Bangladesh Bodybuilding Federation (BBF) competition will be held from July 3-4 at the National Sports Council gymnasium in the city.

Dr. M. Kamruzzaman, the general secretary of the BBF, talking to BSS today (Saturday), informed that they are expecting participation of two hundred bodybuilders in the two-day meet.

He said that to take part in the competition, the registration process of the competition would be held on July 3. After completing the registration, the competition would begin on the same day.

The general secretary said the top six bodybuilders would be awarded with medal, cash award and statue. The first to third place finishers would get gold, silver and bronze medals.

State Minister for Youth and Sports, Md Aminul Haque, is expected to present at the closing ceremony as the chief guest on July 4 and distribute the prizes, he added.
