BFF holds trials for 'FIFA U-15 World Cup and Festival 2026'

DHAKA, Sept 9, 2026 (BSS) - The Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) is 
conducting trials to select players for the national U-15 team for the FIFA 
U-15 World Cup and Festival 2026 to be held in Azerbaijan.

On September 8, the trials began and will continue until September 12 at Bir 
Shreshtha Shaheed Sepoy Mohammad Mostafa Kamal Stadium in the city's 
Kamalapur area.

A total of 320 footballers from BFF-accredited academies across the country's 
eight divisions are participating in the trials. Each academy has been 
allowed to send two players.

The BFF U-15 national football league committee has taken the initiative to 
identify talented young footballers from different parts of the country and 
select promising players to form a strong national squad for the FIFA U-15 
World Cup and Festival 2026.
