BIDA inks MoU with Canada-based Quest Water Global Inc.

DHAKA, April 10, 2025 (BSS) – Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (BIDA) today inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to invest in Bangladesh’s clean water sector and other areas.  

BIDA Secretary Khondokar Azizul Islam and Representative of the Quest Water Global Inc Andrea Battiston inked the MoU on behalf of their respective sides as part of Bangladesh Investment Summit 2025 at an event at a hotel in the city, said a press release.

Quest Water Global Inc. expressed strong interest in investing in Bangladesh’s clean water sector and other areas.  

As part of the agreement, Quest Water Global Inc. will carry out necessary studies in Bangladesh to develop projects such as AquaTap, a decentralised water distribution system, and promote broader investment activities across the country.
