Tasniah Fabrics Ltd. Admin Building has officially become the highest-rated LEED Certified factory in the world, earning an unprecedented 107 points under the LEED v4 rating system—surpassing the previous global leader, S.M. Sourcing, which held the title with 106 points.

“It highlights the visionary leadership and innovation of our entrepreneurs and reaffirms Bangladesh’s position as a responsible and future-ready sourcing destination,” he added.

As the world increasingly prioritizes ESG performance and sustainability in supply chains, Rubel said this milestone enhances the country’s global image, opens new market opportunities, and sets a new benchmark for green building excellence—not just in apparel, but across industries.
