48.7pc growth of remittance inflow till Nov 9

DHAKA, Nov 10, 2025 (BSS) - Inflow of remittances witnessed a year-on-year growth of 48.7 percent reaching US$974 million in the nine days of November, according to the latest data of Bangladesh Bank (BB) issued today.
 
Last year, during the same period, the country's remittance inflow was $655 million.
 
During the July to November 09, 2025 of the current fiscal year, expatriates sent remittances of $11,123 million, which was $9,593 million during the same period of the previous fiscal year.
