28.6pc growth of remittance inflow till Nov 25

DHAKA, Nov 26, 2025 (BSS) - Inflow of remittances witnessed a year-on-year growth of 28.6 percent reaching US$2,441 million in the 25 days of November, according to the latest data of Bangladesh Bank (BB) issued today.

Last year, during the same period, the country's remittance inflow was $1,897 million.

During the July to November 25, 2025 of the current fiscal year, expatriates sent remittances of $12,590 million, which was $10,835 million during the same period of the previous fiscal year.
